It applies a stretch film around the pallet and the load to keep them stable and prevent shifting, tampering, or damage or water proof .

Here's how a typical pallet wrapper machine works:

Load Placement: The palletized load is placed on the turntable of the machine. The load can be stacked with boxes, bags, water bottle ,or other items.

Film Attachment: The stretch film is attached to the load or the pallet. The film roll is usually mounted on a carriage or dispenser located near the machine. film save upto 300%.

Wrapping Process: The machine starts rotating the turntable or moving the load along the conveyor while simultaneously applying the stretch film. The film is stretched and wrapped tightly around the load, securing it in place.

Load Removal: After wrapping, the palletized load can be manually or automatically removed from the machine, ready for storage or transportation.

Pallet wrapper machines come in various configurations, including semi-automatic and fully automatic models. Semi-automatic machines require manual intervention to attach the film and start the wrapping process, while fully automatic machines handle these tasks automatically. Some advanced models also offer additional features like adjustable tension control, pre-stretch capabilities, multiple wrapping programs, and integration with other conveyor systems.
